How Does LUUNAR Work?
LUUNAR uses heat therapy and medically proven TENS technology (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation).
This blocks pain perception, stimulates nerve cells to intercept pain signals and provides ultimate period relief by improving blood circulation and relaxing uterine muscles.
Where Should I Place My LUUNAR?
Our ultra-wide pad design is made to cover a large area. It has been created to perfectly fit on to your lower abdomen or lower back depending on where your pain is.
How Long Do The Ultra-Wide Gel Pads Last?
You will be provided with two of our ultra-wide gel pads that usually last up to 20 uses.
We recommend the gel pads are changed when they are no longer sticky.
How Often Can I Use My LUUNAR?
The TENS technology can be used as much as you like! If you do feel any discomfort then take a little break or move your LUUNAR to a different area.
The LUUNAR heat therapy is on a 15 minute timer, that can be restarted as needed. This is because studies suggest only applying heat in periods of 15 minutes to reduce the chances of developing Erythema ab igne (toasted skin syndrome).

I am so happy with this purchase. It was worth every penny. I suffer with endometriosis and I am still awaiting my excision surgery so most days I am in pain or some kind of discomfort but the LUUNAR makes my days more bearable. I already had a TENS and several portable heat pads but at times when I need them both it was quite clunky and not always easy to wear especially when I’m suffering at work. This item is incredible for using both heat and TENS at the same time. The heat is more than enough even on the first setting it’s amazing. The patches being bigger and wider definitely impacts how useful it is and the battery life is great. There are so many different settings for the TENS which I love. I always feel the patches stay extra sticky for longer than my other brand TENS. 11/10 rating!!
Great product with easy snap on mechanism, amazing battery life and adheres well. Much faster charging than others, brilliant heating options and multiple tens programmes for choice of sensation best suited to area or pain. Definitely recommend for endometriosis pain both pelvic and lower back
I was gifted the LUUNAR and I’m so happy with it. I have recently come of all hormonal meds so my pains were back with a fury during my luteal phase. The combination of heat and TENS is something i love and this device is more comfortable to wear than the other one i have. I can wriggle and toss and turn in bed and it stays secure, doesn’t hurt me and allows me to be as comfortable as possible. It will be tightly clung to me during my period for sure💜💜
Absolutely love this device! The different TENS options were all so great and it helped to keep my pain at bay all day! The heat function was also lovely and warm on my stomach! I had it on for 6 hours and the battery didn’t die at all! Highly recommend
